Word From The Father
If you want to start a business, you will make series of research to know the state of the market concerning your product. You’ll spend several days thinking how you’ll introduce your product to the market. After all your effort and research, if your business fails, who will you blame? But you were very sure before you introduced your product to the market! Woe unto him who is wise in his own eyes. Woe unto him who follows his own wisdom. Blessed is he who seek wisdom from Me because from Me comes eternal wisdom. I Am the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of Truth. I lead aright, I never lead astray. My counsel is of old. I Am the Revealer of mysteries.
Those who give their heart to Me will by no means regret it. They will live in absolute security anywhere they go. If you submit your will to Me, I will be your Counsellor. But if you push Me aside, how can you succeed on your own? If you follow your own heart, you’ll lost before you even realise it. My way is not the way of men. I look and search. I know all mysteries. I Myself Am a Mystery. No one neither knows nor seen Me. I Am in the life of everyone.
Why do you fail? If you do business with Me, can you fail? If you do business with Me and you fail, that means I Am a failure. But I Am not a failure! Those who followed Me with their heart never regretted anything. If you do business with Me and you fail, that means you fail to follow My counsel; you fail to follow My instruction. The heart of every man is full of darkness, therefore, nothing good can come out of it. But if you lean on Me and allow Me to purify your heart with My fire, darkness will disappear from it. If your heart is full of light, whatever decision you make will not be yours anymore but Mine.
Many of you claim you’re serving Me, yet, you run your own life as you wish. If you crash down, you’ll run back to Me. But if you had waited and had allowed Me to make decision for you, would you have crashed down? You forsook Me when you wanted to marry; you forsook Me when you were seeking for a job. Every decision you made, you shut Me out of your life. When trouble comes, you’re crying to Me. I Am the Great Counsellor. My counsel has no comparison. As I speak it, so it shall be. I lie not, and I lead not astray. If you serve Me and fail, then check your heart.
If a man fails to follow the counsel of the Father, he will sink deep into his own folly. Foolishness is found in the heart of every man, but he who surrenders his heart to his Creator shall suffer no loss. Every man is wise in his own eyes, but Jehovah God weighs every thought and motive of each heart.
The Bible says in the Book of Proverbs 3:5-8 that, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths. Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord and depart from evil. It will be health to your flesh, and strength to your bones.” Verse one of this same chapter says, “My son, do not forget my law, but let your heart keep my commandments.” A good father doesn’t want his son to fail, therefore, he does everything in his power to guide and guard him. But if a son is wise in his own eyes, he’ll be led astray by the thought of his heart. When the prodigal son thought he’s wiser than his father, he did what no one has ever done before. He asked for his own share of his father’s estate while he (his father) was still alive. An abomination that cannot be forgiven! He took everything and squandered it. When he had nowhere to turn to, he still returned to his father whom he already killed in his heart. What a foolish son! He could return to him because he still had life in him. If he had died on the foolish journey he embarked, would he had come back? Many of us are like this foolish son of a loving father.
Many times, when the Spirit speaks to us what we’re not ready to hear, we turn a deaf ear to Him. But after we’ve satisfied our will and heart, after we’re sank in our foolishness, we’ll cry out ‘O Lord, have mercy’. Yes, Lord will have mercy if we’re still alive. Many people like us had no chance to cry for mercy because they died in their foolishness. Folly is in the heart of every man. But if this folly is not quickly put in check, it could lead to death. When the prodigal son embarked on that unknown journey, he could have eaten poison when he was hungry and found nothing to eat. This would have led to his death.
Beloved, follow the Lord with all your heart and yield to His counsel alone. When the day is still young, answer His call. A minute may be too late for you. The Word of the Father is not too burdensome. His counsel gives life, and in it there is abundance of joy and peace. I pray for you today that Holy Spirit will hold your heart in His hands and keep folly far away from you in Jesus name. Amen!
My Task For Today
1) I will yield to the call of the Spirit and will not be wise in my own eyes.
2) I will make no decision of mine but will allow the Holy Spirit to lead me in all my ways.
3) I will live and dwell on the Word of the Father every day.
My Prayers For Today
1) Almighty Father, have mercy upon me any area I strayed away from Your counsel.
2) Jehovah God, open my eyes and give me light to see.
3) Holy Spirit, I yield myself to You. Lead me in the path of righteousness and never let me stray away from You in Jesus name. Amen!
May the Lord give you the grace to walk with Him in Jesus name.
