A Green Leaf

Word From The Father

A leaf is green if there is life in it. A leaf has no life without being supported by a branch. A branch has no life without the trunk. The trunk has no life without the root. If the root loses connection with the source of life, it’s only a matter of time, the leaves will die and wither, the branches will dry up and fall away from the trunk, the trunk will dry up and fall to the ground. The tree and every life attached to it will all die. I Am the Almighty God. I Am the Source of Life.

It’s a dangerous thing for a man to abandon Me and go his own way. Though he’s alive, not yet dead, but there is no life in him because He abandon Me to live on his own. I Am the Source of every life. If you maintain the connection between Us, fresh water will flow to you through Me. As a tree has no life without Me, so also you have no life without Me. Every other life you live outside Me is a lifeless life.

I created a tree to drink water. If you inject some chemical to the root of that tree, it’s only a matter of time, it will die. This is the kind of life many of you live. The food you eat, the cloth you wear, and your lifestyle kill you slowly. If you maintain the connection between Us, you have no cause for alarm because fresh water will constantly flow to you through Me. Peradventure you mistakenly eat what you’re not supposed to eat or mistakenly do what you’re not supposed to do, because you still maintain the connection between Me and you, you will survive.

Many of you gather together in My name, yet, your Spirit and soul have no life because you’re dead. You’re only living physically, you’re dead spiritually. It’s only when you’re alive spiritually that you’re truly alive. You’re dead because there is no connection between you and Me. Yes, you’re singing in the church; yes, you’re preaching My Word; yes, you’re rendering service unto Me, but when I weigh everything in you, you’re nowhere near My throne. Now judge yourself! If I dead suddenly come and take you, what will happen to you? You will join the league of those who cause traffic at the Gate of Judgement because you want to argue your way to enter Heaven. It doesn’t work like that. If you want to gain free access to Heaven, maintain the connection between Us. If you maintain the connection between Me and you, you automatically maintain the connection between you and My Son who died for you.

My Emphasis

As a vehicle cannot drive itself around no matter how expensive and beautiful it is, so also a man has no life without His Creator. The Creator cannot be seen physically, yet, He’s there spiritually watching over those who fear Him.

Jesus Christ compared Himself to a Vine, the Father a Vinedresser, and we as the branches on the Vine. Branches produce fruits and without the connection between the vine and the branches, no single fruit will be produced. A life without Jesus is lifeless. (See John 15:1-11)

As human being, you have no life without the Father how much more if you’ve given your life to Jesus Christ and continue in your old life. You’re just wasting your time because you’ll receive no reward in the end. As a true child of God, running the race of Heaven, we must maintain the connection between us and the Father. If the connection is not there, it’s only a matter of time before we realise that we’re living dead.

My Task For Today

1) I will maintain the connection between me and the Father.

2) I will give no room for any doubt in my heart because doubt is a spirit that takes one far away from his destiny.

3) I will remove whatever could break the connection between me and the Father away from my life.

May the Lord give you the grace to walk with Him in Jesus name.
