The word that proceeds out of a man is powerful because it’s a Spirit, but the Word of the Almighty is the life of every Spirit and this is why it’s so powerful. We see the Father through His Word and His actions are physical evidence for us to see and put our trust in Him.
King David, under the inspiration of Holy Spirit said in Psalms 138:2 that “You have magnified Your Word above all Your name.” And the Father declared in the Book of Isaiah 55:11-12 that, “For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, and do not return there, but water the earth, and make it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower and bread to the eater, so shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; it shall not return to Me void, but it shall accomplish what I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.” And the Book of Hebrews 4:12 also says, “For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.”
The Father formed and created everything through His Word. It’s better for the Father not to speak. If He speaks, He cannot withhold it back. King David said again in the Book of Psalms 62:11 that, “God has spoken once, twice have I heard this: that power belongs to God.” The only Master and Saviour also said in the Book of John 6:63 that, “The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life.” The Saviour finally declared in the Book of Matthew 24:35, Mark 13:31 and Luke 21:35 that, “Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away.”
The Word of the Father is the life of every soul. The quicker we yield to His Word, the easier our journey will be. The Word of the Father brings healing and peace. This Word is the assurance we all have that someday, we’ll drop this agonised body of flesh and take on the glorious body, which is the body of the Father Himself. But in the meantime, we should continually live in obedience and follow every single Word of the Father, so that our journey can run smoothly. Those who undermined the Word of the Father paid with their blood. Let us follow the example of the few who lived in obedience and were crowned. I pray that the Father in His eternal grace and glory with strengthen our heart and soul and grant us victory in the end in Jesus name. Amen!
